Account details (name, email address), learning activity (course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz attempts, notes), consultation bookings and reviews, payment records (amounts, dates, and gateway references — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details), and files you choose to upload.
To run your account and membership, to show your course progress and session history, to connect you with professionals you book, to process payments and refunds, to send essential service emails (such as payment confirmations), and to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Other members cannot see your learning activity, notes, files, or payment history. When you book a consultation, the professional sees your name and the session details. Reviews you post are public and show your first name. Professional profiles, portfolios, and approved reviews are public by design.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner under their own privacy policy and security certifications. We receive and store only the payment status, amount, date, and a reference ID.
Questions you ask the course tutor, along with the lesson context needed to answer them, are processed by our AI provider solely to generate your answer. Do not share sensitive personal information in tutor chats.
Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, meaning each account can only read its own records. Uploaded files are stored privately and are accessible only to you and authorised administrators.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing to hello@designstreet.in. Some records (such as payment references) may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will note the update date on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
