DesignStreet provides online courses on interior design and architecture, a directory of independent design professionals, and a curated product catalogue. Your first day of access is free; continued access to course content requires a weekly membership of ₹499, purchased as a one-off payment for each week. Membership does not auto-renew.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
All course text, images, and quizzes are the property of DesignStreet or its contributors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish course content. Access is granted for the duration of your free day or paid week and may be withdrawn if these terms are breached.
Professionals listed on DesignStreet are independent providers, not employees of DesignStreet. Consultation bookings, session fees, and meeting arrangements are agreed between you and the professional. DesignStreet facilitates discovery and booking but is not a party to the consultation itself and is not responsible for the advice given in a session. Design decisions that affect structure, electrical, gas, or plumbing work must always be verified by a licensed professional on site.
Membership payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Session fees for consultations are settled directly with the professional.
You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping or bulk copying of content, no attempting to access another user's account or data, no posting of unlawful or abusive material, and no interference with the platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Reviews must reflect a genuine session or experience. We may remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, or unrelated to the professional's work.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, DesignStreet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made based on course content or consultation advice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
